The design of the iPhone continues to change every year to catch more people’s attention, sometimes in big ways, and sometimes more subtly.

Among the biggest expected changes is the addition of new buttons for both models. Otherwise, the Pro model could have a slightly larger screen, while the standard model could get a redesigned camera module. So we have to wait till September to know what the real features are for iPhone 16.

The design of the iPhone has remained largely the same over the past few years, except for the iPhone 15 Pro’s titanium build and the iPhone’s color-infused glass. It also removed SIM card slots from new iPhones in the US starting with the iPhone 14 in 2022, meaning new iPhone buyers must rely on electronic SIMs.

Now, what we’ve come to expect from the iPhone 15 is here in the iPhone 16, though Apple did not immediately respond to CNET’s request for comment.

The iPhone 16 is likely to have a new camera bump

According to MacRumors, Apple may change the camera system on the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus. Like the iPhone 12, both phones will reportedly have stacked cameras.
